Ingredients

- •2 cups flour
- •1 tbsp garlic powder
- •1 tbsp paprika
- •Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Step 1: Preparation
Wash chicken pieces with cold water and pat dry.
Step 2: Flour Coating
Mix flour with spices. Roll chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Step 3: Frying
Heat oil to 180°C. Fry chicken for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
